Rules and Regulations
1 Curriculum Time
Classes are held twice in the afternoon outside the school curriculum hours(Tuesday & Thursday). Each session lasts 2 hours(3.00-5.00pm) and attendance is compulsory for both sessions.
2 Attire
Students must be in their school uniform when attending classes. No PE shorts are allowed.
3 Absenteeism
Absence from class must be accounted for by a letter of excuse from the parent/school or, if the student is ill, by a medical certificate. Principals will be informed monthly if students are regularly absent. Students are liable to have their names struck off the register if they are unable to account for frequent absences.
4 Code of Conduct
Students must conduct themselves well at all times.
5 Withdrawal
Students are strongly encouraged to study the language to as high a level as possible. However, if for whatever reason a student wishes to withdraw from the Centre, he/she must submit a withdrawal form duly signed by the parent and school principal and handed in to the C(SP) class teacher. Students who do not send in an official withdrawal form and are absent for tests and examinations will be given a zero mark.
6 The lessons will begin on 10 January 2012 (Tuesday). Please report at the school hall at 3.00pm for some administrative work before you proceed to the classroom for your lessons.
